1- 500 grams of beef, thinly sliced

3- Lemongrass root 2-3 tablespoons

4- Garlic 4 finely chopped cloves

5- 1 large piece of red onion, cut into small enough slices

6- 1 and a half tablespoons of sugar

7- 2 and a half tablespoons fish sauce

8-teaspoon salt

9- Bicheng end of coffee spoon

10- 3-4 tablespoons lemon juice

11. Pepper to taste

12- 3-4 tablespoons roasted rice (sour rice)

13-Fertilizers of all kinds to your liking

14- Crispy eggplant 4-5 sliced ​​fruit arranged in a flat plate

៙ How to do:

1. First, put the pan on the fire, then add half a bowl of water and let it boil.

2. Cook the beef and fry it in plain water until the meat is cooked but not overcooked. No, then put it in a large bowl.

3. Then start adding ingredients such as salt, rosemary, lemongrass, garlic, red onion, sugar, bean curd, fish sauce, lemon juice, pepper and fried rice. Then mix together to taste.

4. After that, add all kinds of fertilizers, mix three or four more times, taste almost anything more than income Then put it in a bowl that has been prepared.
