Welcome Khmer Housewife This is a Khmer fanatic in this Website, I want to show you a delicious Khmer dishes! Get away from foreign cuisine and know how to combine ingredients, how to mix things and how to do it. 

៙ Ingredients:

1- 200 grams of three layers of pork, boiled and cooked, thinly sliced

2- 200 grams of boiled shrimp, cut into small pieces

3- 100 grams of cabbage, finely chopped

4- 100 grams of green beans

5- 2 cucumbers, thinly sliced ​​fruit

6- 1 tablespoon minced garlic

7- 2 tablespoons roasted peanuts (hit)

8- 1 ripe bell pepper, small fruit, thin slices

9- 1 and a half tablespoons fish sauce

10- Half a teaspoon of sugar

11. Bicheng end of coffee spoon

12. Salt at the end of a teaspoon

13- 2 tablespoons vinegar or add as you like

៙ How to do:

1. First, take a bowl and mix the ingredients with sugar, fish sauce, vinegar, bean curd, salt, garlic and hot boiled water. Add a little and stir to melt separately.

2. Then take a large bowl, put the cabbage, cucumber, peppers, shrimp, pork with the ingredients mixed in the bowl. Let's guess first and then taste more as you like.

3. Then add 1 tablespoon of roasted peanuts and mix well. When done, sprinkle roasted peanuts on top. More is ready.
