៙ Ingredients:

1- 5 to 6 cloves of garlic

2- 350 grams of pork

3 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce

4 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce

5 - 1 teaspoon ground pepper

6 - 2 tablespoons fish sauce

7- 75 grams of palm sugar

8 - Bicheng 1 teaspoon

9 – Chin


៙ How to do:

1. First you need to wash the pork thoroughly and slice it.

2. Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice.

3. Next, you should pour the cooked meat into a large bowl and add the garlic, soy sauce. , Soy sauce, ground pepper, fish sauce, palm sugar and bean curd, you can use your hands to mix together to leave about 10 15 minutes to bring the chin to plug the meat.

4. After plugging in, you can take it to the grill.


Note: If you want more delicious taste, you can eat with pickles or Koh Kong fish sauce.
