How to Chewed chicken wings or stuffed chicken wings (10 chicken death recipes and 35 kg chicken wings recipe)

Welcome Khmer Housewife This is a Khmer fanatic in this Website, I want to show you a delicious Khmer dishes! Get away from foreign cuisine and know how to combine ingredients, how to mix things and how to do it. 

៙ Ingredients:

1- Lemongrass, Garlic, Orange, Turmeric, Red Pepper, Roasted (pounded together) Take two to three spoons.

Half a kilo of minced pork mixed with fat

3- 2 tablespoons roasted peanuts

4- 1 teaspoon sugar

5- 2 tablespoons fish sauce

6- Salt at the end of a teaspoon

7- Half a teaspoon of baking powder

8- 1 egg

9- Frying oil in half a pan

៙ How to do:

1. Mix the minced pork with the sugar, salt, fish sauce, roasted peanuts, flour and eggs and mix well.

2. Take 2 pieces of chicken wings, cut off the end of the wings, remove the bones and stuff the pork, then use a bamboo stick Put the frying pan to red.

3. Serve with pickles, pickles, cauliflower, cucumber, carrot, cucumber, papaya and ginger.
